Remote access (VPN)

The tunnel does not come up. Confirm the .conf has valid keys and the correct server endpoint, and that the server's public IP is reachable from the gateway's current network (WiFi or LTE). Check the VPN status on the Dashboard.

No VPN IP after upload. Re-open the configuration files card and confirm the file is enabled. Review the VPN logs from Dashboard → Diagnostics.
